My office is located at Portland Queer Healers' Collective — 2512 SE 25th Ave, Suite 206, Portland OR 97202.
The entrance is on the side of the building on SE 25th Ave — look for the lighted column and keypad. Your door code will be sent upon booking. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor and find Suite 206. Make yourself comfortable in the waiting room — I'll come get you.
Bathrooms are down the hall to the left, and also on the third floor. Water is available in the lobby — bring your own cup if you can.
You can see photos of my office and the building entrance on my Psychology Today profile →
A little something from the practice.
I don't send this often — only when something feels worth sharing. Mostly reflections on the work, on what I'm noticing, on what play and sand therapy keep teaching me.
I'm Heather — AuDHD play therapist, sand therapy practitioner & devoted cat-mom.
And I believe in relational magic. That moment when someone feels fully seen and something inside begins to shift.
I've spent sixteen years helping people explore the stories that shaped them through play, sand, and deeply witnessed relational work. Playful Integration offers a tender space to do that work. And when I'm not in the room, I'm probably painting, writing, or being supervised by my cat-son.
